One Stop Business
 To apply for business/occupational licenses for commercial or home-based businesses, visit the One-Stop Business Center in person at 1340 Poydras Street, 9th floor in New Orleans. The center has a comprehensive reference library as well as business counselors to assist you in the process. Fees are applicable and the following documentation is required:
Home Based Applications (allow 2 days to 2 weeks for processing):

Online applications may be made by visiting: www.cityofno.com and then select online services. Payments are not selected online, but can be mailed. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 :00 p.m.
